How It Works
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Contact Customer Support to request a return. You must make this request within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color), account credit, or a refund.

Use the Upload File button to proactively provide digital images of damaged or defective products.
RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer. If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Axis Unbound for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?
Axis Unbound will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Axis Unbound representative to be defective. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstance does Axis Unbound reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Axis Unbound support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Axis Unbound.
WHAT THE RETURN PROCESS USUALLY ENTAILS
If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds). If you have requested an account credit, be advised that returning funds usually take 24-48 hours to appear in your Axis Unbound account. This credit, once available, may be used to make a purchase on Axis Unbound. This credit will be valid for 1 year from the date it is issued. If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent letting you know once the shipping label return has been initiated.

Returning dark apparel items may only be swapped for a different dark apparel style of equal or lesser value.

Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We do not share your Personal Information with third parties. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Your rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill any orders you might have placed with Axis Unbound. (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
